Administration Staff

Dr Samantha Taylor is the GP Partner. She is supported by the Practice Management Team, Cassie Jackson and Martin Middleton.

There is also a secretarial team consisting of: Christine McGough and Claire Threapleton. They are also based at Eyam. You can contact them on the main Eyam Surgery number, option 1, if you have any queries regarding hospital referral letters etc.

Marie Brown is the senior receptionist, other reception staff are:

The Dispensary team is headed by Martin Middleton and supported by Kate Clark, Nicola Hill and Simon Bee.

There are 2 care co-ordinators Judi Bee and Zoë Percival. They undertake work to identify patients who are at risk of hospital admissions and deal with hospital discharges. They are also a point of contact for access to services following a hospital discharge.
