District Nurses

The District Nurse team is now more community based. They are contactable on telephone number 01332 564 900. Their job involves home visits to treat wounds, take blood, give injections and many other treatments.

Health Visitor

Jane Richardson is our Health Visitor; she is based at Newholme Hospital. She looks after the needs of our young patients and their families. Jane will come and see you just before you are due to give birth and visit you between 10 and 20 days after the birth of your baby. She will give support, advice, give out information on child development and general family health. Jane can be contacted on 01629 817 860.
